Sunday, January 22, the Langdon Center will host a wine tasting featuring fine wines of Argentina.  Ray Raney will teach the participants the characteristics of the specific wines that are unique to that area of the world.  There will be 5 different wines to enjoy, along with appetizers that pair well with the wine.  The Langdon Center is located just off the square on Pearl Street.  The event will be from 2pm-4pm and costs $45.00 a ticket.

Grady’s Line Camp Steakhouse, just outside of Granbury, is now open again with a brand new chef: Grady Spears.  Grady Spears is best known as the executive chef at Reata in Fort Worth.  Spears has had his own cooking show, been featured on several television shows, numerous magazine articles and written nationally acclaimed cookbooks.  Line Camp is also voted as one of the best 38 steakhouses in Texas by Texas Monthly Magazine.  Line Camp is now open 4 days a week, Wednesday-Saturday and only a 15 minute drive from the Inn.  Plenty of delicious food to go around-cowboy cookin’ at its best!
